Hey Tomorrow Pinot Gris comes from the Booroola Vineyard in Victoria's Strathbogie Ranges. The area is renowned for it's spectacularly diverse landscape and granite rocky outcrops, producing grapes that become fresh and aromatic wines.
Booroola's owner, Carrillo Gantner, fell in love with wine whilst studying in California, during which time he stayed on his Aunt and Uncle's School House Vineyard in Napa. The first vines were planted on Booroola in 1996, with the Pinot Gris planted in 2000. Oh, and the awesome vineyard manager Nick Murray, has been with the vineyard since the first plantings - nice one!
At the heart of this wine you'll find pear, white nectarine, rose petal, honeysuckle and sweet spice. It's Vibrant, zippy and super refreshing!
