HEY TOMORROW & CHALMERS 2023 SKIN CONTACT VERMENTINO MOSCATO GIALLO 2L

Whilst there is only a small percentage of moscato giallo, in this blend, it's not shy in making its self known.  Beautiful floral aromatics rise out of your glass and mingle with musky spices, chocolate and turkish delight.  The fermentation on skins has given a wine that is dry, but has a rich rounded mouth feel, with a waxy texture.

Crushed Merbein Vermentino topped with whole berries of Heathcote Moscato Giallo. Wild fermented in an open fermenter, then gently drained off skins after 3 weeks and allowed to finish ferment.  6 months aging in stainless steel tank.  Packaged unfined and unfiltered.
