This Nero is a juicy lil' drop, and all of us at team HT are loving it! The wine is super fragrant, with lots of vibrant aromas of cherry, plum, bramble, floral pops, and subtle spice.
The fruit was estate grown on Chalmers Merbein Vineyard. The Nero was wild fermented in open fermenters with gentle pumping over. Basket pressed after ten days for natural malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged on fine lees for 6 months before filtration and packaging.
